Renovation project of aging municipal apartment houses. The overview of the layout plan shows the complex is done in the City Block Style, the walls of the wings facing the street and the wings surrounding the courtyard. The complex, however, does not carry a closed atmosphere thanks to the segmented walls, allowing the view and wind "pass" through. Also, backyards, individual gardens, and entrances on the 1st level are arranged separately, lessening blind corners. It's not like an average apartment complex, rather looks like a traditional settlement. The reduced dead corners also help with security.
