Because the premises are along the river and not level, the main approach
from the major street is built in the style of a deck, forming the 2nd
level. The hall is in the front and the offices are in the back. General
audience might not appreciate the beauty of this building, but how to present
it in an aesthetic manner is well considered; pay attention to the expressive
exterior with PC panels and sensitive forms of a lobby and stairs. |
