Small memorial building of modern Japanese Style.
I have no document about the building, so following text is my guess.


Before WWII Japanese militarist often use "Teikan" Style in order to inflame nationalism.
 (e.g. Buildings in old Manchukuo, Kudan Kaikan in Tokyo)

I think it was not Teikan Style but I feel similar intention. We should not forget that Hiroshima assist Japan's history of aggression before and during WWII.
