This public high school stands near Hiroshima Castle and the Motomachi Apartment Complexes. It's part of the city's project called Hiroshima 2045: City of Peace and Creativity. The architect's concept is well respected and emphasized.

HARA Hiroshi is an established architect known for his designs for Kyoto Station and Umeda Sky Building. I personally have an impression that both are not balanced between practicality and design concept. Motomachi High School buildings do not look blending well with the surroundings.

[Notice]
No admittance into the interior due to its function as a school.

[Access]
[Astramline] 3 minutes on foot from Astramline Johoku station.
